Louisa is a postgraduate biotechnology student with a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Even though she is a Biology specialist, she achieved an A* in all of her four A-Levels (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths) and she is equally comfortable teaching all the sciences. 

 

Louisa has already been tutoring successfully for a number of years. She taught Maths as part of the famous Duke of Edinburgh Gold award, and has been a regular tutor for more than a year now. She has enjoyed seeing her students achieve great results, including those who think Physics and Maths are “hard” subjects. Her philosophy is to listen to the student, foster confidence and make them enthusiastic about succeeding.

 

Louisa is very familiar with the British education system and is experienced at designing tutoring plans that complement her students’ existing teaching. She is very happy to collaborate with schools and teachers to ensure that the student’s study plan is appropriate and on target.
